For a change of address you may update via the telephone, online or in writing.
A change of keeper will only be accepted in writing or through an online account for security reasons.
We have procedures in place to ensure that a transfer is legitimate and to try and prevent transfers when a pet is missing or has been stolen.
Even if you do not have contact with the previous keeper, we will be able to handle this once the application is received.
There is more than one database in the UK for MicroChipped pets so it is advisable to have your pet's MicroChip number to hand before contacting us as it will enable us to help you more easily.

There will be no charge to update telephone number and email address at present. To change keepership, there might be a fee. Please contact us to get the cost of updating keepership.
To know if the Pet Microchip is registered to the database, simply enter the Microchip ID number here. If no information is retrieved from our database, either your Pet Microchip is not registered within our database, or it might be registered with another site.
